Returns


We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:


Unused and in their original condition

In original packaging (if applicable)

 

To initiate a return, please email us at ThePhantomMarketam@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.


Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ThePhantomMarketam@gmail.com with:


Your order number

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:


Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer

Items returned outside the 14-day window

 

Sale Items:


Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
